I didn't remove it from the world congress actually.. never even thought about it.. my modding skills are very very basic - I just copy an example I found for removing stuff.. :)

thanks. I hate that I have to fight the AI over the nuclear proliferation thingy. by the way, did you remove this resolution from the world congress? it isn't needed with the changes...
