@snoy yeah there's a few options:
1) Enter via the vent, which won't trigger the trap until you leave.
2) Disable the lasers from guard spawn or from the Hacker van.
3) Be quick (there is *just* enough time to grab the case and get back out without dying).
4) Trigger it and then wait around outside until the gas finishes, then go in before the trap resets.

Seems like the gas trap is bugged, even if you drop all your weapons the lasers still activate regardless if you're the intruder or guard. It pretty much guarantees the intruder can never get the briefcase unless they either rush out of it via the vent that leads in OR a guard is stupid enough to disable the lasers.

I put that comment in over a year a go. I'm glad you are continuing with the project but sadly I'll be unlikely to see it as I have moved past intruder some time ago. I really hope your project turns out well.

This map has a lot of effort put into it, but should really be labeled Indev as the majority of the side hallways are so poorly textured if you spun your crosshair around you'd struggle to figure out if your looking at the floor or walls
