First Double check that you have the File. It is a Small one so you can't miss it.
If that don't work, resub and restart your L4D2.
After that see if you can find the File.
If you still have problems, feel free to ask again.

I don't understand how can i install that , i have the program but i couldn't find the file , or maybe i could find that but there wasn't nothing about readme :(

What can't you find?
If it is the .vpk you can't find.
Then Filter so you see the Newest files and look for one that is small
