For some reason fire spells don't do any damage.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
Am I missing something?
Also, Topor seems severely underpowered. It seems to do less than 1/10th of a tranq arrow.

My current work schedule is a little crazy, so if I do not respond immediately, that means I am either asleep or at work. and will respond as soon as time allows.
As soon as this is fixed ill probably be dropping this on my server but having it conflict with the core items not only causes issues with them, but also with structures plus if you're using their ini settings which force overrides.
