For some reason I saw this.... and I thought.... "It'd be really neat to give the Medic a head item that looks like a brain in a jar filled with team-colored glowing liquid."

It's huge, personally I feel it's too big.

it looks like a cup of jello in the hat and if you take off the point it turns into a spoon so make a taunt looks delicous

This is inspired by the Ubersaw I presume? It'd be funny if the other classes got a hat based on their melee weapons. Like a fist beanie for the heavy named "Knucklehead".
