If someone wants different sound effects all they have to do is replace the ones in this mod, it's not rocket science.

If you're really worried about audio quality, you could always allow the user to put their own sounds into a folder. Then if someone manages to make a clean rip of the sound effect, they could use the best version possible.
It'd also be neat because it wouldn't be necessarily restricted to MGS sounds.
