Ok, incase you guys don't understand what the anti-lag rooms are, they are essentially rooms that are area-portalled, so they're like a modular section of the map, and anything outside won't affect your FPS usually when you're in the room.

By the sounds of it, they're probably just rooms big enough to build stuff without the client lagging. They're easy to make, and they help so much for builders, especially when playing multiplayer.
