Also I've noticed that Conductor is not spawning in Online Player's Thomases. That's pretty strange, and I am not sure if it's fixable.

Conductor is there because Hat Kid and Bow Kid are too smol for the train. Conductor holds them on his legs so they can manipulate the train.
