Hi Blankedy Blank! You can add it to your saved game by doing an "Additive Load" from your subscribed mods. I added two screenshots and some instructions to this page. I hope it's clear :)

It won't show up in your "components", but you can add it to your "saved objects" easily -- just load up the mod, right click the cube, and click "Save Object".
