@WarDoctor42 It rotates according to your movement direction[in two axis], basically like a loose hinge that comes back to its place once you're idle. Thanks!

Cool hat, it fits the wacky retro-scifi tech theme of TF2, and personally I would consider it an all-year suitable hat for the Spy, not just Halloween, as it isn't weirder than the camera beard.

It would be hilarious if this hat had a connected sound effect, like a radio static or morse code beeping, but that would give the Spy away in-game and probably become annoying to the player very quickly. But it would make a nice joke for a video... I mean we all know how well Mann Co. inventions work (not very). :lunar2019grinningpig:
