This mod doesn't paralyze, it just tosses them away (unnecessarily so) and their bodies don't "freeze in place" like the normal Paralysis spell. This is just another way of insta-killing your enemies, without technically "killing" them.

I can't recommend this mod sadly, because it does not contain what the author claims.
