But Surf Utopia should work normally even without TF2 because Surf Utopia (the original) was a CSS map, then v2 and v3 were origianally for CSGO...

Have you mounted TF2? These maps were imported from TF2 so there's probably a need for that for textures

Ok we found ways out of the jails but is there a way to disable that feature? It's really unnecessary, and makes the ten million falls rly irritating ccoz we have to go thru a whole process just to get back to the start of the track. Please let me know, it would be a big help

What's with the jail thing? Is there any way out of it? My buddy and I got this pack so we could practice, not have to keep restarting the server every two minutes... :/
