ok let me try to help you :)
1. Sit at any Couch, Chair at the craft
2. press K - search for (top left) ' >> Pilot Remote Control<<
3. Select that block (while in 'K-Menu') and press 'Control' like on any other remote control

now you should see the interface of the remote control, if the ship is not set up to be a station (by default it isnt) you should be able to move it.
you may turn on your suitantenna by pressing 'o'
