Не уверен насчет актуальности данной проблемы, но Gmod не всегда скачивает всё сразу. Если проблема не актуальна, но я без понятия в чем проблема так как работать должно без проблем.

Схожая проблема с челом чуть ниже, "эмо" текстурки на камуфляжных моделях, переустанавливать пробовал, решение нашлось?

try redownload materials. As i can see second addon is not downloaded or something like this bcs you have materials from first addon with white arf trooper and don't have camo models from second addon wtih textures.

Hello, Terribly sorry to bother, but I seem to have an issue with your ARF Models. For some reason, half of the models are missing textures, and I do not know why since I have also installed the materials. Do I require any other addon for it to work?
