@MOON5LAYER I don't really remember. I think it was in Weapons>GRANDPRIX Because it was custom made for my project that doesn't exist anymore.

I own a server that is not very popular, 5 people join every day pretty much, and I need to use this. Where is it in the spawnmenu?

I randomly stumbled across this, and after some testing, this does appear to be a fully-working breaching charge SWEP. It only works on doors, but it works quite well.

@MexicoRocks, I don't really remember what I put in this addon. Either it is just a model or a fully working C2. You can try it.
