Nope, Headshots do 80 damage to NPCs, seriosly, the combine balls do 1000 damage, when shot from the Pulse Rifle.

Well, it should shoot Combine balls, not the Combine's balls. It may be broken as when I uploaded this it worked fine, what's the problem with the damage? It should just disolve any player/npc it hits.
