Turns out, if you dive in front of a door, you can go through it despite it being to small.
It was hilarious going to alpine skyline at first, but as soon as I tried to beat the birdhouse, and then Twilight bell (Chapter 4) I realized how limited the jumping in this car truely is.

Not having wallrunning or grabbing on to ledges makes many areas impossible.

So to those asking why it's limited to mafiatown, that's why.
