Mod Updated to 2.4 of Stellaris

I'm getting the Alternate version of the Ethics and Civics with this mod instead of the original version.

@Elderitch Baguette, there is no patching for the type of files that this game uses, so I would have to create a whole different mod mostlikely

Updated mod to the lastest version of Cultural Overhaul

Works perfectly fine with regular starnet, but does not work with starnet modpack edition. Definitely because of how modpack edition behaves (overwrites all conflicts and expects compatibility patches to have a "!" at the beginning of their name), but an exclamation mark at the beginning of the mod name, at least in the mod list, would likely resolve this issue.

Regardless of whether or not you make this compatible with the modpack edition of Starnet, thank you for making this patch :D

@thakyZ It doesn't seem to, and actually sorry but I meant to say ethics instead of civics. It seems that egalitarian is replaced by libertarian, and authoritarian has had its icon changed to the crown present in Cultural Overhaul, but other than that there's been no changes to the ethics wheel.

@Nuclear Millipede I haven't been playing stellaris lately, but I updated the mod to better reflect the new update on Cultural Overhaul

It seems like activating this mod removes all the new civics introduced, is there something I'm missing?

I do use the starnet friendship patch, and as far as I can tell, yes it does.

@BA Doubtful because it has key components from Ethics-Civics-Traditions.
@Wacowal and @BA I could make a version for both of those yes.
