可惜。即使有废弃核电的方法。升级火电的方法。也送不过去啊。卖菜郎要是真的没啥办法的话。应该看看下面这个主意。

大概可以去新加坡。。印尼。。看看那边的最新火力发电厂。。那里就在用大陆的发电技术。。。
