We now have a way to force perks to level 25 so no vanilla leveling required to play on the modded servers

Unfortunately at the moment this is the case, but hopefully sometime in thr near future we'll have something to force level individuals

That looks all good but I don't see anything for server-side perk progression, are people expected to level up everything in vanilla prior to using those mods?
