This mod is incompatible with Vox Populi probaly bc Navy Seal replaces the mercenary unit in that mod and share both models and gameplay idk but there is maybe others reasons too.

I very much appreciate the time and effort you and your team put into these mods. If you take requests, I do have a civilization under a certain leader that I have not seen a mod ever made of (it is historical as well!), but if you do not, I understand completely. @Tom Foolery, Navy Seals did use AK's, better than their own terrible made American weapons.

It does not have unique decisions atm. I may add them in the future but no guarantee

Hey, does this civilization, if used with the Events & Decisions mod, get decisions unique to this faction?

It probably does but it's not listed as compatible with the other mods you mentioned.

(Off-topic) - I was trying to conquer Rome under Pompey Civilization with the Qin. I was trying to get the latifundium. I conquered Rome, but didn`t get neither thei UB nor the UU. Why?
