I have a "Chinese modded CS:CZ" That i downloaded 8 years ago features a same models. Basically all characters from a Japanese game Magical Battle Area that features Nanoha (along with big one), Fate (along with big one), Hayate, and Vita. I still have it installed.

I have no modeling skills and neither a skills to convert GoldSrc models into Source model. But if by chance you got the model via GoldSource chances are you might able to convert it to Source. If you have skills to make GoldSrc models into Source. I could send those to you if you wish.
