Is it a bug that this city never has any students? Any children, or any newcomer to the city seems to instantly become highly educated.

@母鸡中的战斗鸭 Open up no radio desert and more's settings and make sure the last 5 boxes are not checked. Only leave no orange/dead trees at shore line, no shoreline ground color on and no orange/dead trees in polluted areas, no polluted ground color

Why do you see from your video that your mountain color is desert yellow, but when I open your archive, the mountain color is grass green? I also used the same map theme as you, Springwood Map Theme. Why?
