Probably some backend changes with how textures and other stuff is loaded by the game. I haven't updated this since 2019.

Beat the original game with any ending and you will unlock Arcade Mode where you could play custom levels and customize your own character

Added doors so now locked up monsters could not attack you from their "cages" (but you may still get affected by Horrors if you stay too close to them resulting in panic increasing)
