I agree that Persian is not Arabic. However, there is no Persian voice pack and looking at Wikipedia the most popular language in Iran that does have a voice-pack is Arabic at ~ 2%. Obviously a bit of a stretch, but feel free to remove Iran from the mod using the methods described in the description.

Excellent work, but I believe Iran should be excluded. For Persian language is different from Arabic. 'Arabic-speaking Iranian' sounds like 'French-speaking Italian' to me.
