Hi guys! I'll take your feedback into consideration regardign the buggy maps, etc! I had quite a big update planned earlier into the summer, but my laptop got bricked and I had very little time to pursue the mod. Wrapping down the work on a music project that's been taking all my time and energy, and then I should be able to bug fix and introduce more content. Cheers,

Is one of the maps added by this "the Deep"? (PLEASE list map names for troubleshooting!!)
The map works fine for scenarios but in campaign the map has no actual landscape for some reason. I'm not sure if it's one of the maps you had disabled in 2.3.5, so far as I can tell I'm on the newest version. Its as if the big hanger structure was deleted when the AI tries to build a more conventional base, leaving the new base fragments floating over a sheet of bedrock.

I'm not super tech savvy, but if you need more info I'll do what I can if you need. ^^ GL my dude this is one of my absolute favorite mods for CC

Is there a way to restrict AI being able to use this faction? If you're playing on a survival map or whatnot, the AI eventually ends up spawning a single Fringe host, and then begins to infect everything, conflicting with your fringe in some really weird ways.
Also, when there are two opposing Fringe factions, for some reason killing the hosts in small corridors, or on stairs seems to multiply dead bodies and troops, troops keep dying, it spawns more gibs, and eventually everything in the corridor gets crushed by gibs, and the fps drops to like, 6.

But Sadly, my favourite mod (Moon Empire), for some reason cant be active at the same time, in-fact it doesnt even show up in my mod list even though i have its files & im still subbed to it.

Hi all! Quarantine season is upon us, so it's time to work on the plague mod. This patch removes the zombie survival maps from campaign, and provides some minor graphical improvements. "Nodes" have been added to the fringe tunnels. Killing a "node" will kill a random fringe unit on the surface. Gameplay tweaks and experimental features to be improved upon

this is genius, however some custom maps are appearing on campaign and are kinda laggy, is this intentional?

Thanks! I'm still hammering out the next update, but expect it to be major.
Current issues/fixes that are in the upcoming update:

Reduce the spawn rate, so that the huge crab monster will only spit out a certain amount of fringe units.

Adding in flying corpse monsters: "birds"

Adding in several major cosmetic elements to the ecosystem

Adding a more diverse ecosystem, with components that create more of a fungal "bunker"

Adding in a new fungal zone, that acts as a sort of "master" ecosystem, and proliferates fringe units/terrain across the entire map, if unchecked.

If anyone has requests or suggestions, feel free to reach out!

Damn this mod is so great!!!
Its super hard though that even my inpenerable fortress got defeated , i won a couple of times against the massive snowball of zombies but damn was it fun to use everything at your disposal to take down the giant demon alien crab thing along with your fallen comrades
Finally a worthy chalenge for my A team (Master chief, space marine with meltagun and a bunch of OP mechs)

The custom brain is intended for campaign mode! I recommend using them as an AI faction in campaign, or on skirmish defense - especially on some of the custom maps

So i ran into a very annoying "bug" (at least not intended). I went galaxy brain here, and decided that the best bunker would be a tower, since they can only jump and fly a bit, climbing a tower was going to be hard for them, so it happens that i put my brain on a dead end, and they just flied up there and infected my guy behind the wall. Also, i realised that im kinda bad at this game, and this new build helped me a little, thx!

Last suggestion, or just something I would like...

I just wished the drop ship wasn't a bunch of debris. It makes any fight on the surface much more deadly then fighting them already is (Though dying by falling ship debris is better then being infected). Also, the drop-ships don't seem that much different, though there probably is a reason why you have more then one, probably to force the AI to use them.
