What's bad about dogfighting in Garry's Mod is the maps are never big enough. There are invisible skyboxes because fuck the old source engine. Not asking for an entire map like Arma 3 but at least they could try to update the game to support larger maps.

It may look just like alot of people are bad at flying aircraft in this game, But once you try, you realize the controls are just REALLY HARD.

nope, single player. I flew in to the center building and started to walk around. it started to shake, and I heard sound that can only be described as screams.

Center building shakes? Screams? If its in single player, I have no clue, if you're in MP, its probably something they've added. The spawn is on a little island because those are spawn islands, away from the major battles that are likely going on with the map if its being used properly.
