Sorry late reply, work, you have to delete a specific file, if you go a page or two back it should say how to resolve that issue

Okay, now the mod is really working. But a new problem has emerged: the mod crashes when viewing the supply map

@Walter I even switched the DirectX version, but the mod still doesn't work

Both vanilla and fix do not work. Even if you remove all other mods, the map is still completely black

I currently don't know if it crashes that late into the game, since it gets unbearably slow from mid to late game for me whenever I play HOI4. I can say though, that I got to at least '42 without any crashes when using this mod using the fix.

May have found a fix, though I haven't done any thorough testing. I got it to work by replacing the entire maparrows folder (Don't know which file(s) need editing or is missing/needs deleting) with another working map mods maparrows folder, and I can open the Supply/Rail Map mode without crashing the game.

@Ceaselsspain_ I will have to wait to see what other similar mods do to fix the crashing, I'll try my best once it does, I'll probably post a comment here saying I have re-uploaded the mod and linking to it.
I cannot promise any sort of time limit however.

Short answer, it used to before NSB
Long answer, sort of does now but you will have to do some manual changes including deleting a file in the FX folder, which I cannot seem to isolate which is causing crashes.
Alongside all the portraits.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

All map mods are currently broke.
One or multiple of the FX files will be conflicting with the mod, if you have the time to trial and error you can attempt a self fix by deleting a file from the FX folder and seeing what changes and if it cause a crash.
I know that water changing mods do not cause the game to crash so not all FX files are outdated.

Find the mod files in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360
Sort by date in that folder and resub to this so it appears ontop"

If you manage to isolate the issue and resolve it, feel free to upload it to the workshop yourself and I'll link it in this description and the comment section.

@umg. I'd have to create GFX for every weapon and make it fit with regular focus tree.

Also for anyones intrest, you can change anything there yourself like add new portraits or flags and it will never be overwritten as this mod just cant be updated by me anymore so all the changes you make are permament up until you unsub and resub

Some old portraits were touched up to make them up to par with the modern ones paradox puts out, the same steps I gave to @disthingsux will work here

except instead of deleting the flags folder you delete the leaders folder

For some reason, it removes some of the anime portraits, restoring them to their non-weeb version. I know, very weird, the devs of those mods don't know why either.
