With the oversaturation of Tito as the leader of Yugoslavia, it's good to see Peter II as a more original and interesting leader. Great work, as always.

Can you do mod for Civ 5 about Russian Empire with Alexander II? Horse life guard regiment can be unique unit. The building of the provincial administration can be unique building which can give Local happienes for city where it built.

Why is the unique unit chetnik and not partisans is beyond me. This I guess is the pre World War II Yugoslavia, but even then it does not make sense. In any case the only Yugoslavia worth fighting for is the post World War II one...
