It generates a very large number of triangles that harm certain players.
This asset contain more than 13.000, I think that’s enough of it
I’m sure you can find props in the workshop to complete the asset yourself ; )

@luminou: Another thing about the 73rd floor of this asset, while you got the lounge furniture pack and the pergola set, it's missing the distinctive rectangular open-flame lantern posts, the fountain in the center, and the bar area. Check the photos and videos again, you'll see what I mean.

Would you consider making the new World Trade Center?

My friend from high school and the army worked on this building in real life. Awesome asset!

The real life Wilshire Grand Center has Spire 73, an outside bar and observation deck on the 73rd floor of the building. This asset lacks the props for the Spire 73 area even though the deck is present. The props shouldn't be vanilla because I checked it during photos and videos of the floor and it requires special props rather than vanilla ones.

i hope someone adds the light system to this
