Bar Visualizer 1 --> Visual Strength Multiplier --> set to any value higher than the default (200 for example for 'double' height)

Or if you just want certain frequency ranges to 'react more', go to :

Visualizer Extra --> Equalizer --> Boost the frequency range you want to 'react more'

@SaidL: If however, by 'more reactive' you mean you want it to shake more, or 'bounce' more; than yes: You can easily change these values by going to the settings:

Visualizer Extra --> Visualizer Effects -> Shake Strength/ Bounce Strength

@SaidL: Depends on what you mean by that. If you mean that the visible movement of the visual only reacts to bass frequencies; than no. Wallpaper Engine only supplies limited range of frequencies, and very few are for the Bass. (I estimate the range goes from 50-400hz, with 5 samples)

That's not nearly enough data samples, to work for the whole visual. (It would look very rough then)
