Speaking about EGL, this reminds me. In the planes section there's a production method. And one of the options is "No production" where you get a +999 speed bonus to all plane-related attributes. Were you supposed to add a minus instead of a plus?

I don't understand why pdx didn't rework ideologies in that matter. Now being neutral punchbag actualy has it's pros and cons. Just like any other Ideologies. Nice work.
