It's good, but it has update problems
Diatomic Element 10. dec. 2020 kl. 12:56
This mod looks great, although from the comments it seems that there is a bug. It looks like the only mods that actually need to be used with this are the planetary diversity ones, and to a lesser extent Realistic Ships so if it was the other mods causing problems they could just be dropped. You said you were looking into a fix, did you end up determining if it could be salvaged?

Also, are there any other indepth mods like this with a sort of premade story? It is a very cool concept.
News_12 4. okt. 2020 kl. 19:03
Just discovered your mods! You've done some amazing work in this game!
kerrigan1603 25. mar. 2020 kl. 10:49
@starchitec Would you mind addIng a regular senate civic? Also your mod looks interesting. :steamhappy:
The King of Nipples 22. mar. 2020 kl. 8:54
@starchitec Thanks I've really wanted to play this when it came out but never had the DLC
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 22. mar. 2020 kl. 6:54
Still 2.2.7. But given all the mods have updated, the save probably is going to have issues. You can use the standalone traits/civics mod no problems however.
The King of Nipples 22. mar. 2020 kl. 3:04
How does this mod hold up today? What version do you have to play it on?
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 1. dec. 2019 kl. 9:45
Hmm. Some of the other mod updates may have finally broken this. Ill look when I get a chance.
Caine 1. dec. 2019 kl. 9:41
I reverted back to 2.2.7, I downloaded the save and put both files into my save file, have all the mods required, but I'm unable to figure out how to make it function properly.
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 30. nov. 2019 kl. 23:12
To load the save? Or the mod itself? The save needs you to revert back to version 2.2.7.
Caine 30. nov. 2019 kl. 20:43
I have all the mods, and the save, but I don't have the option to load it. Am I doing something wrong?
Anthony the Eternal 13. sep. 2019 kl. 9:42
nope the other mods don't work with 2.2.7
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 9. sep. 2019 kl. 11:17
The save is in the older version and there is unfortunately no easy way to update that. Some of the other mods have been updated, but as far as I know they still work with 2.2.7 and the save
narimbur 9. sep. 2019 kl. 9:43
hm the mods are for 2.3, so how to come to the older version to use your savegame?
Dagnabbit 6. sep. 2019 kl. 12:44
Hey thanks for the quick reply re: the plantoids pack; I'm hoping to catch it on promo so i can enjoy your mod properly!
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 2. sep. 2019 kl. 17:16
Sadly I do not have the language skills for that personally, but if anyone does I will be happy to include a translation/link/credit etc..
Gibrun Thane 2. sep. 2019 kl. 16:25
German Translation?
ShooTmyAss 31. aug. 2019 kl. 14:54
Bummer, i gotta spend a few dollars just to get a darn portrait...
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 27. aug. 2019 kl. 6:32
One of the Custom nations uses its portraits. I am not entirely sure what happens without it.
Dagnabbit 26. aug. 2019 kl. 20:18
Sorry this looks really great but is the plantoids pack absolutely necessary?
Antonino 16. aug. 2019 kl. 11:16
Patharian Council
Direct Democracy
Parliamentary Sistem
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 10. aug. 2019 kl. 22:59
Yes. Originally this was made for a multiplayer campaign, so as long as everyone reverts to 2.2.7 and loads the save it will work (the empires can be played without the save on the current version, but they will just be normal pre-made empires)
Mrblondezilla 10. aug. 2019 kl. 18:05
Could you play a multiplayer game of this mod?
Aizer 29. juli 2019 kl. 1:37
Really interesting idea, good work man
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 1. juli 2019 kl. 7:49
As written in the description, this mod is for 2.2.7 (to be used with the save that will only work in 2.2.7). The mod itself wont have any problems in 2.3 but the save obviously will. There is a standalone version (also linked above) that just has the traits and civics from this mod that is fully updated.
Lt. Sky 1. juli 2019 kl. 6:24
the mod says it is outdated when it was gonna load. although the prerequisite mods are not.
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 30. juni 2019 kl. 16:16
Originally yes. But it works in single player too. But as I said below, the AI is wont be too motivated to actually do its objectives.
Spudmuffin 30. juni 2019 kl. 15:39
Hi Star, is this intended for MP?
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 23. juni 2019 kl. 0:00
I mean... all the factions will have their objectives. If the AI achieves one it will get credit. But the Ai is the AI... so dont expect wonders.
palantir asset 22. juni 2019 kl. 23:46
Is there away to use this solo and have all of the factions use their custom objectives?
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 18. juni 2019 kl. 22:16
There is a 2.3 version, the stand alone traits and civics version linked above. This mod is for use with the 2.2.7 save, since that cannot be updated.
James Ignaz 18. juni 2019 kl. 13:22
pls update it to 2.3.2 wolf
Eike Peace 15. juni 2019 kl. 5:51
There is a fix for all you.

Just revert your stellaris back to 2.2.7 :D
It fixed it for us and I think all the mods still worked
Jetstream Seum 14. juni 2019 kl. 23:59
@starchitec
That certainly sounds ambitious. I'm a big fan of worldbuilding, and I absolutely love the idea of a story-driven Stellaris game set in a handcrafted galaxy. Hopefully, you'll find the time to update it at some point x) Thanks for your hard work!
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 14. juni 2019 kl. 23:48
Likely not a new save, Id like to do something in the future to make empires spawn in dynamically with various sizes and goals like this does, so that it wouldnt need a specific save. But that is a big undertaking so no promises on anything soon
Jetstream Seum 14. juni 2019 kl. 22:46
Is there any chance you might create a save for 2.3 eventually?
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 10. juni 2019 kl. 6:14
Again, the save is 2.2.7 and will crash on 2.3 Nothing I can do about this. The traits and civics all can be found in the stand alone version above which is updated for 2.3. I have no idea what is up with Diverse Rooms... hope it comes back soon, thats a great mod.
SEVEN GOON SESH 9. juni 2019 kl. 22:15
Seems to be crashing now sadly due to version.
SEVEN GOON SESH 9. juni 2019 kl. 21:20
Diverse Rooms has been blocked I believe.
Chud Tzu 9. juni 2019 kl. 21:13
Thanks a lot, I didn't notice that mod due to it not being featured in the list, I've DL'd it now. Thanks again for the prompt response
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 9. juni 2019 kl. 19:50
The version with just the Traits and Civics (linked above) is updated for 2.3, This version shouldnt have any problems in 2.3 itself, but the save game is 2.2.7 and I dont know of any way to update that. If you just want the traits and civics use that version, the main difference is this one includes objectives, and the objectives only work with the save.
Chud Tzu 9. juni 2019 kl. 13:11
It might be because it hasn't been updated, for 2.3, but playing it now is causing a select few of the empires (DAWN, the Time-shifted empires, the Thurinians, the Patharian factions, the Archive(and that might be all) seem to be spawning 100% of the time in all of my games. It might also be because of some other mods conflicting/not being updated, but I just thought I'd bring this to attention, as some of the traits/civics are really neat to use for my own personal stories/campaigns.
LordOnjo 9. juni 2019 kl. 12:57
Is there a eta on when this will get updated. Really want to continue playing
Eike Peace 9. juni 2019 kl. 11:16
Does it still work after the Update as far as you know?
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 9. juni 2019 kl. 7:26
Yep. (well on 2.2.7) The AI wont really know it needs to do the objectives. But it may achieve some by accident and will still get the rewards.
Fangvyr 8. juni 2019 kl. 17:09
Wow, I had no idea how much I needed this until today. Will this work alright single-player as well?
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 8. juni 2019 kl. 6:55
Otter Editor I believe has that capability, I know Darren used it a lot in setting up the Galaxy. Some things (particularly modded things like planet types from PD) arent options in Otter so as a backup you can use console commands to do almost anything.
Jaeden_ 8. juni 2019 kl. 6:26
What was used to make the custom galaxy? I heard there was a mod for editing the hyperlanes etc in game but I don't know what it's called
starchitec  [ophavsmand] 7. juni 2019 kl. 13:46
Odd. I assume the author must have hidden it temporarily for some reason. Yeah it should work without it, youll probably just get boring backgrounds for the empires.
Bedge 7. juni 2019 kl. 11:35
@Seqan many of the required mods are not needed for this to work
