yeh i dunno man - i havent tried using non-steam copies - though id try opening the SRR editor - opening the geeked pack and 'publish locally' ... if using steam copies that shouldnt matter - and the 'old habits ep2' is buggy?

shouldnt it be like installed and not as subscribed??is that why its not working??besides its not available on nexus mod as a physical file.save for ep 1:escape.the ugc editor is not responding.

did that like over 100 times.....always the same.nothing happened when i click on ep 2 old habits,click on new character or import,then choose difficulty but still zip nada.....ughs
its starting to get on my nerves..did it work for u before u got DF dlc or only after u got it?

well right now i only have srr.i got it before they even dev DF dlc ,now its DFDC... sigh

@booglez69 yeh i know.. editor changes often break UGC here. i havent changed the contents of this mod for a year - theres no scripting or real story elements... so in terms of bugfinding theres a start. maybe restart steam after you download mods? its a known fix... beyond that id recommend buying Dragonfall DC anyways - its a great game! Dead Man's Switch - i assume youve just bought - is an fun ride - but not as good.

i take it u know that ur mod is needed to run icemann's old habits episode 2.but somehow after i subscribed to the needed mods or packs,i still cant play it.unless u tell me i still need to have dragonfall dlc in order to play then all is for nothing...

yep checked them - the ares sign - bounding box too small for one direction - the lazer dot ... must be a naming convention or something - just wont work - so just deleting it... will reupload everything sharpish - thanks guys

And here's the aresneon [pastebin.com] and lazerdot [pastebin.com] files from the dropbox version in pastebins. Perhaps compare them to the one available through the workshop and see if there are any discrepancies?

It does seem to be just those two files that cause issues. Perhaps something in the files is out of place textwise? I also went ahead and tried sending an email to Harebrained Schemes to see if they may know just what is causing the issue due to lack of knowledge on the error available through googling it.

I'm also having the same problem as ZT3 and Sperg. Hope this gets worked out, I really wanna try that SNES mod.

Also as it stands, I'm gonna attempt to contact the developers directly and see if they know a solution. I've yet to see someone having the same issue with the editor. My guess is it's occuring due to me possibly using an older version of the editor.

Well I have to wonder why it's just those two files every time. Everything else works just fine. All the other files seem to come up correctly.

@Sperg Lord - i update the link each time i add new props - so yes 3 weeks ago at least for the dropbox link. look man if you are throwing tech assist at me - for one - im no good at that shit - for two - did you check any of the things i mentioned? you really have to.. my pc i built last had faulty ram for ages - loaded stuff but with minor glitches every time - so nothing worked properly - didnt beleive it till i ran memtest.

I'll also mention that if it is indeed the same link that was available before my comment, I even had made an attempt to redownload it in order to ensure file integrity of the rar.

Has the dropbox link above been updated since I posted my issue? As that was the one I was using to begin with. So I take it I have to just wait for the Shadowrun Reboot Nexus file to be updated then?

thats sucky ... this is the only error report like this ive got. so unless something with dropbox has changed recently. i would say it would be a software problem - srr, steam, windows. or a hardware problem - hdd or faulty ram. or maybe another mod has the same props added to it makes srr a bit funny? many factors - i guess start with 'verify game cache'?

I tried redownloading the dropbox version and got the same results.
