There were thousands of trees planted in one area, so it was impossible to tell them apart.
I was using it wrong.
I found this mod to be very useful for dividing the farm into smaller sizes and watering them.

I'm not sure what you mean with seeing it permanent. The goal of this mod is to see what plants are currently selected that you can use water on. Making it permanent vfx would defeat the purpose of the goal of the mod which is showing you what plants you are currently targeting to use water on.
px.I do a lot of farming. Is there a way to make this effect last longer or permanently?

When I spawn my house in cornerstone , mod shows up for couple seconds and disappears.
Sometimes instantly show up again but disappears in seconds :'(
Trovesaurus has shared how does them look like. They are very easy to identify and don't need a mod for that.
