For anyone having issues with loadouts, under parameters if you select "Direct Arsenal Access Without KPLIB Loadout Dialog" and then switch it to "Enabled" you will still be able to edit/save your loadouts and enjoy the game mode. Either this or you can add the "Simple Singleplayer Cheat Menu" to your modlist, that has an option for the arsenal as well

anyone having issues with babel and no longer being able to hear people you are playing with?

To change factions, unpack the PBO.
Then go to kp_liberation_config.sqf

Scroll down to either BLUFOR or OPFOR preset, and there will be a list of numbers.

At the bottom of that list you will find 'KP_liberation_preset_(faction)' with a number after it. Change that number to the one you want.

When starting the server with the FOB truck, BPz 2A0, I caught him driving and he only reaches a speed of 4Km / h at maximum. Is there a key that changes this or is it a bug?

there a fast was to change the side_friendly = WEST; and side_enemy = EAST; now or you still change it here and go in and then change the guys in the editor? thx and if you ever think what should i do next we " in canada" would love a Canadian version i get some of it to work but screw it up when adding groups
