One question I must ask: where do you get the 2d pictures representing the real models with a transparent back? If it's the original painted image, how do you reliably cut out the noise around it?

I'm asking because I kinda want to see about getting some Empire Free Company models in this form so I can actually have something to proxy for Mordheim Mercenary warbands. Currently IMO the 2d pictures in your sets work the best for that, but since AoS cut a huge swath out of the models available, your various sets lack the legacy miniatures needed for that.
