As for the uncensored files, You'll eventually find them on the PM0v3 Discord. I haven't organized and uploaded them yet, so it'll be a little bit before they are available.
In short, The decision made is meant to keep PM0v3 on the workshop and available to anyone to use.
Where can I get the nazi symbols elsewhere? I refuse to play with censored symbols
