It does work with ironman, but it won't be achievement compatible. Paradox made a statement that possibly no mods will be achievement compatible -- that means even the gfx ones

Nice! Just tested it out and it works nicely!

Could you test out a mod I just uploaded, just to see if it works for you? I can't seem to see them myself, despite making the correct folder structure + converting the images to dds format (the screenshots are when I replaced the files directly, not due to enabling the mod separately).

A bit delayed, but it actually works now. There's been some tomfoolery with the thumbnails. But alas, we can't get it to work.
