I tried some other things, but I'm pretty sure that the problem was the conflict of having an existing keithy folder with a few files vs. the more complete keithy folder in the map's gma "archive" file. People who don't have any other keithy models probably don't get a conflict, but for the rest, here are the instructions to get all keithy model files in one place and solve the ERROR problem. I had Counter Strike Source so that was never my problem.

I had ERRORs too. Missing props. Here's what I did.
1) Open up a file browser to \program files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons directory
2) Open a second file browser to GarrysMod\bin and highlight "gmad". Don't run it. Move the second file browser so you can drag something from the first
3) In the first file browser, find fnaf_maps_model_pack_???.gma and click and drag it onto "gmad" in the second browser
4) This creates a directory called fnaf_maps_model_pack_??? in the addons directory in the first file browser. This directory has all the props for the map in a single "models" directory with a lot of subdirectories. Find the one called "keithy" and open it, then open "props". Hit ctrl-a to select all files and ctrl-c to copy them for pasting
5) Use the second file browser to browse over to GarrysMod\.materials\spawnicons\models\keithy\props. Hit ctrl-v to paste all those files.
6) Restart Garrys Mod.

Neko Fox, I installed the "Required Items", and I have CS:S, CS:GO source installed into gmod.

Errors still show up. Is there a 3rd party source I should implement? Or am I missing a tool, or another item.

Tip, most people manage to keep "reuploads" on the workshop by saying who the original creator was, if you dont know, then "!!!!!This is not my MAP!!!!!" works as well.
