I really liked how you had this mod originally, with the cult of sotek being able to access hordes and build bases, it's just a shame it had issues like that. Perhaps adding lizardman basebuilding to the nakai horde system could be doable too though.
Ahh I see- so its a work around for the quest battle not triggering- are you still planning on including quest battles? or is it too incompatible with your existing changes?
To clarify, do you mean the quest battle for Kroak spawns by Chaqua?
Lord Kroak will spawn near Chaqua/Qu'ittax when Tehenhauin participates in a battle (needs to have fought at least 10 battles and be at least level 18). Also slightly increased base income of sacrificial offerings and fixed a few things.
No rusk or pushing, I just wonder if I should settle with the unit pack for now.
