I used the "Gobo Essentials" workshop item and pointed a red light towards the ground with a spiral gobo texture. The camera in that photo is actually looking directly down.

Have you fellas ever heard of classic inde game released to the Wii U called Mother 3? I don't think you have. It's actually quite obscure, made by small inde company named "Game's Freak".
