The Backrooms aren't even canon in SCP.

@Dr. K. the backrooms is known to be a place outside of our physical plain of existence the Foundation would not be able to contain what they cannot access nor test unless otherwise it would end up being another 001 case, sort of like Tufto's Proposal or in other words or else known as SCP - 001 "The Scarlet King" though it wouldn't be marked safe due to the backrooms not being an Info hazard
