As shown in the first screenshot (Archive Sharp's portrait is from another mod), yes it does. There is even a version floating around the internet that affects every. single. last. agent.

If you want an unfair edge, get the Death Stare mod :D

Thanks, but that isn't what I had in mind. I'll use it, but I was looking more for changing the mod files itself, so that I could play the default difficulties, and not custom. I'm trying for achievements, and 64 slots would be just the edge I'd need.
