Just follow his installation instructions, it's pretty easy. Click the Download preset button to get the .txt file with the instructions.
May I ask you to put more info on how to use these presets, like: you just need to download them and put them in the l4d2 folder without anything else or you need to do other steps?
I'm asking because I want to reproduce your steps to see if the message will be gone, so a little more info could help a sad goon like me. ;)
