Can confirm. I also isolated it as the my issue... Which is disappointing.

Causes text errors and descriptions of things not to display. Works fine besides that, but that bug alone is gamebreaking because you can't read stats or some of the event popups. For example, when someone starts justifying a war goal against someone all you see is the text string that is supposed to point to the description. And before anyone asks if it's not another mod, I narrowed it down to this one by disabling all the others and confirmed it is indeed this one. A shame too because I love this mod.
