Fuel still empties when turned on.

BomberEx, they released a hotfix alittle bit ago, maybe it's better now?

Update: if you change the max divisor value on the fuel input fron 2.2 to 1.95 it works prettymuch like before

BomberEx, glad you're enjoying it, and thanks for the tip. I "had" fixed these previously but had not uploaded the update yet. But, I get the feeling yesterdays update might have been a mistake, I'm going to hold off on fixing anything until we see if there is a "hotfix" from the Dev's or not.

Turns out it was running slightly too lean with a fuel to air ratio of .454545:1 so I changed it to .5:1 but it still needs tweaking

I have been using this helicopter and making small upgrades to it. I absolutely love it. For some reason with the newest update or patch the helicopter starts to loose engine and rotor rpm as soon as collective is being added and can barely fly out of the hanger before completely loosing rpm and going down. Is there a way you can fix this.

Tigertanker, the engines are teetering on the edge of not producing enough power. This was done so as to also make them as economical as possible. Thus, executing course maneuvers will put alot of strain on the engine. Because this version also has the pontoons/floats it also weighs more, further straining the engine. The regular 300C handles "crazy" maneuvers better, but even then it is not immune to loosing power. Hope that helps!

The helicopter spawn that I had the problem with unfortunately was lost in a storm, but I did run a test out what you said on a different spawn and am happy to say what you suggested would've been the problem, I've been able to repeatedly start up and go now several times

RYAN_757, no worries, in the mean time try turning the clutch on and off to kind of "reset" it. That might help...let me know how it goes.

I more than likely did that by accident, that entirely sounds like something I'd do lol, thank you so much for looking into it anyway!

RYAN_757, thankyou very much for the nice compliment, and I sorry your having trouble. I think (although I'm not sure) you make have shut off power the Master Power with the clutch still engaged. I'll see if I can fix it. Thanks for letting me know!

Followed the instructions repeatedly step by step and couldn't seem to get the engine to start which is very odd given I flew it to the boat I put it on? Not sure what the problem is but could the engine just need a re-build or something? When it flies though it is a lovely helicopter, I love to use this thing for scouting and supply delivery (personally modified it to fit my own uses) Other than the engine problem this is a fantastic helicopter and I'd love to help in any way possible to get this thing back to tip top shape

razoviere, no worries I'm here to help. Make sure you throttle the engine up before engaging the clutch. The lever to do this is located between the pilot and passenger seats. So in a "nut shell" start the engine, throttle the engine up, engage the clutch, once the low rpm light extinguishes you should be able to fly. Let me now if you have any other troubles, and I hope that helps.

UPDATE 03 NOV 2019:
- Fixed an issue where that battery was being drained when the gripper brake was enabled.

TRYDE 567, It's mildly annoying to tie it down once landing, but like I said I didn't want to ruin the appearance of the helipad decking. Glad you figured it out, have fun!

UPDATE 20 AUG 2019:
- Now has a working Rotor Brake located on the instrument panel.
To use disengage the clutch and press the Rotor Brake until the rotors stop spinning.

UPDATE 13 AUG 2019:
- Moved some of the displays to the instrument panel, as they are on the real helicopter.
- Added a Low RPM light, when on the engine RPM's are below the recommended level for safe flight.
- Changed the seats to to new ones provided in the 0.8.10 update
*Note: the Circuit breakers at your feet don't do anything, the are supposed to representative of foot pedals.

fleishzj , sorry your having trouble. The engines rev up alot slower then they did before. Ensure the engine is at a high stable RPM before lifting off the deck. Hope that helps. Have fun!

The helicopter cant seem to get off the deck. It will rise a few feet and then sit back down

Bunster, sorry I forgot about your comment and forgot to respond. Disengage the Clutch, Set the Throttle to 0, and turn off the Master Switch. The blades will spin for awhile, since there is no rotor brake you'll just have to wait. Hope that helps!
