I'm afraid a tweed jacket would be difficult to make for a worm, especially as all the accessories are static objects... the jacket wouldn't move with the body very well.

I suppose the next best thing would be to create the doctor's hair style. (which could be worn with the fez)
I can't promise anything at the moment though.

I agree with you about the size of the graves. Especially if you use the scout worms... Unfortunately there is a maximum size that we are allowed to make them. (They have to fit within a bounding box)
Having said that, they may just be guides and it may be possible to exceed the limit. When I get some time I might have a go at making them a bit bigger.

I realize now that a jacket would be near impossible, but I said that because when I play my worms don't quite look like the "Doctor". Just some worms in a fez, a bowtie, and have a tardis and a sonic. I know that seems like the doctor, but I need 1 more item to make this complete.

Bye the way, does anyone else think that all the gravestones appear too small on the map? I think they would look much better if they were at least the same size as crates.
