I was wondering about a Large Grid Medium container?
Maybe...?

@TrueWhiteKnight, I'm going to guess not as that did not exist when I made these. Idk how the skins work, but if they just replace the existing textures then maybe. There are no textures of my own in this, I only reference the built in ones like the original models.

@MrMors This is a great mod. Thanks! If you do get time to mod, I'd love to see a new Industrial Cargo Container equivalent to this mod. My reason for using your mod is that these cargo have larger options but take up more space, keeps me from going the Tiered storage route (those often are the same size as vanilla, so not much in downsides besides cost). Forces the player to decide if the larger cargo is worth the extra space they lose.

do paint skins work on these?

@Exavier I have and my long term plan is to do this. This was meant to just be the first of many mods that add more "almost" native blocks to the game. I'm currently not actively modding but looking to get back into it again. Got a couple smaller projects on my list before hopefully getting back to SE.

@MrMors Have you thought about giving the same treatment to hydrogen tanks?

Turned out the grey was normal, but cannot place them at all. Block is too close to player and is blocked as a result.

What kind of progression is needed to enable the containers in G menu if any? Cargo blocks are greyed out there.

This is a must have IMO, one of the first mods I started using for SE, still use it and hope it contenuies to work.

Hey there! I absolutely love this mod! Kudos on the design!
Im a moderator for the sigma draconis server and we were wondering if we could have permision to incorporate these into our own modpack, with full credits of course.
We would use them as they are and tweak a few components (we have custom ores to use) and settings (changing inventory sizes and integrity)

Also, a derelict mod like this had a large grid 3x1x1 cargo, and i'd really need it, any hope for a block like this?

odd Request, i want a 3x3x3 cargo for my refineries, but I don't side ports, just one on top and bottom, how hard would it be to make that?

Few serious questions.

-Is this still being worked on?
-Will more be planned in the future?
-Would a 2x1x1 large grid container be considered? (Would be VERY useful for more compact backup cargos for automated refineries)

I was just looking for a mod that added a 2x1x1 cargo container but I saw this and thought It looked promising. I want to add it to my private server for friends but am not sure if it would be worth it or not, considering it doesn't seem *quite* finished yet.

Looks great though, and I have massive respect for people that mod these things into the game that are made to look vanilla, or add missing blocks, e.i missing windows/armour.

Also needed:

- 1x5x10
- 1x3x3
- 1x3x5

I love these, Getting the long ones to connect is a pain though.

@Kevin03YZFR1 probably a bit longer than you would like. Its underway, but this is not the only mod on my plate right now. (next mod is nearly ready for release) Also just got back from a break that took me away from my computer for a while and had all this on hold. I would guess in the next few weeks. It is the next block in list for this mod.

@MrMors - How long do you expect until the Large Grid Medium Container (3x3x1) is going to be added?

@MarcMyWerdz Glad your crew are enjoying it. It really is great for big ships or servers with 1x multipliers like the one I run.

A few of us on our DS are using the XXLs and we are loving it.. great stuff when you are going BIG.

@Drakray, I'm currently using the in games default way of calculating space, but I plan on actually tweaking all the size calculations once I have all the blocks done. That may get released as an alt mod to this one.

Just a suggestion: could it be possible to give a little storage bonus for "double" container? since there is technically a little more space inside(and to promote use in build).

I have been wanting a 2x2x2 as well. I know it might not look so great but maybe just put a port on all the top right corners? Just a thought. Thanks for the mod.

@8vantor8, the issue with a 2x2 is where do the connectors go? They can't go in the middle so then they are all offset.

Currently have plans for a "Large Grid Medium Container (3x3x1)". If there is enough interest I could look at a 3x1x1 as well.
