Can you confirm it's actually not working? It's a pretty basic mod, unlikely to be affected by patches or DLC. It's just the launcher complains about a version mismatch because the superficial description file is pretty old by now.

Would it be plausible for this to be updated so that it not only is the flag of Fascist Japan, but also for a neutral Empire of Japan? The default flag is nice and all, but it just doesn't provide the flavor I'm looking for, if that makes any sense.

It is, I believe, the HoI3-made colourized version of a photograph.

I felt it captured the essence of this mod, and looks better than simply a plain thumbnail of the IJN flag.
